Yes, however, the rates differ for chaperones age 35+. Chaperones whose travel costs are covered by the program may still purchase a plan based on entering a $0 trip cost. A $0 trip cost plan will entitle the traveler to all benefits apart from Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption.
